Pros

A good portfolio of historically acquired clients makes for credibility in the market. Some good staff benefits on birthdays, casual Fridays etc and good offices.

Cons

New disruptive competitors have/are eroding the historical #1 position because the company has woefully underfunded product development and consequently has lost its position as thought leader. This is acutely so in EMEA where local legislative requirements have been ignored in favour of sorting US requirements. The sales controls and management of the NICE holding company (with different sales cycles and requirements) are being imposed down in to Actimize for the sake of global consistency, but it ignores the important differences and becomes managing the statistics rather than managing the sales cycle. The impact is that many staff in EMEA feel that our needs are not being listened to or catered for in a drive to get a NASDAQ price at all costs

Pros

The employees in the office are great. Unfortunately morale is low.

Cons

Management is not realistic with what is going on. Only concerned about spreadsheets. Does not give tools to succeed.

If you want to messed-up your life , Please join NICE , IF you are not interested in money then join NICE

its long list ..but pointing out only Few- 1. Too much politics. 2. Region and regional language based Performance and Onsite Opportunity ( If you belongs to local state then you will definately get better hike and Onsite). 3. HR polices not made for Employees 4. Just to retain Employee, Management can go to any level, cheap tactics are used. 5. Offer letter is too much confusing. 6. Revised compensation letter were not shared with Employees . 7. Promotion polices not defined , Promotion is purely based on boot licking and butter policing.
