I have been working with the NICE Actimize Pune team for the last 2 years. Starting from a software engineer, management helped me to grow on various fronts such as right exposure to the latest technologies and support to demonstrate skill set. Listing down few Pros I strongly agree with which makes working with NICE Actimize a dream company. 1. Excellent Career opportunity 2.Great Learning (NICE organizes various internal and external training to keep employees abreast of the latest technologies in the market) 3. Senior and HR management is very supportive 4. Excellent compensation & perks 5. Great work-life balance 6. On-sight travel experience (depending on the project) 7. Talent pool is great which basically lifts team spirit and helps everyone to strive more.
