Company is very considerate of the employees, generally emphatic to parents especially mothers. Nice's CEO is very up to date, very involved and creative in terms of employees engagement. Actimize's CEO also seems very involved with the employees and the different groups' achievements

Great on-boarding, a real focus on you and embedding you into the organisation. We are all one team working for the great and good of our clients. There is a real family feel within the organisation driven from the CEO down, together with some of the smartest minds in the industry it makes this company a great one to work for.

Cons

It's hard being No.1 as everyone wants to take your position! You will be challenged to be innovative, that is not for everyone
