Leader in the Anti-Financial Crime and Regulatory Compliance controls market Once proved as a valued employee the company has rarely discontinued a person. The market is hot so they can't keep up with the need for valid professionals

Cons

Lean structure means that you will work more than your fair share.

Not many, good solid company with a strong place in a still growing market.

Cons

Nothing makes up for bad software. The software was so difficult to implement it was very difficult to be successful.

Pros

Diverse company. Opportunities to travel or live in different parts of the world. Promising industry, and the software platform can be expanded to new lines of business.

Cons

There's no focus on developing employees. The "1%" of top people get treated very well. For the rest, there's no real career path offered to employees. If you want it, you have to shout for it. Years ago it had the feel of a small company doing interesting things. Recently, it's more bloated and bureaucratic, and disorganized.
