      Pros

      I have started as a solutions architect and I have been very impressed by the training, the mentoring and the support I have received from my co-workers and management. It is clear they are setting me up to succeed. Actimize systems are very sophisticated and the work is very challenging. There is a very strong feeling of camaraderie amongst employees in the company and thus makes it very pleasant coming into work.

      Cons

      I was promised my own cube but haven't received one yet. Also, the bagels they bring in are very fattening and have gained 10 pounds since started work.

      Seniors are very understanding and approachable , everyone can be actively involved in solving problems assigned to anyone given they have time. there is vast exposure to all possible kind of problems faced by banks in the space that Actimize serves (given the huge number of customers that are serviced ), there is opportunity to learn about this domain and technology irrespective of your background. Regular group and team activities help bonding together and relaxed office environment

      The vast amount of knowledge is not very organized, neither are the processes or guidelines , its often an individual's capacity and ability alone that will serve to make sense of situations and derive solutions by finding the few right things via filtering out the many irrelevant. Your intuition will be of most use in solving clients problems ,and building such a solid intuition happens only over time by having put painstaking efforts and by having spent arduously spent long hours at solving problems. The compensation, though may seem competitive ; for all the efforts spent at the end of the day it is below sufficient in most cases
