They offer a Fair salary with good benefits and a work environment in a nice new office with free snacks and bagel fridays

Cons

Combative atmosphere churn and burn environment. No marketing leadership no respect or support for team, people in positions with wrong or lack of experience and abusive internal customers that are allowed to harass others with no consequences

Great colleagues and coworkers. the level of skills are great and resources goes beyond the limits to assist

Cons

management direction has fallen tremendously. Within Professional Services, they dont take responsibilities on projects in trouble especially when they know of the issues/risks and their decisions making always make things worst dealing with the clients. Please reconsider working for this company because they are losing all excellent talents/SMEs because they dont give raises to everyone only to selected members and promotion are limited unless you work in Hoboken. If you think this is not the case, please contact someone that worked in the past or currently employed and they will say the same.

Management - no Mentor ship only CYA. No Career path, they think this is a PR issue. Covid - 19 actually shows the true color of the management. Under government pressure and PR reasons they allowed Work from Home. But the way it been driver internally shows that they have people in management who dont understand the critically and uniqueness of situation or consider employees as humans. Just work work even when the whole world is falling during regular work hours or use your PTO.
