Pros

1 People-Centric Policies: The company genuinely cares about employees' well-being and provides policies that reflect this commitment. 2 Good Transport Facilities: The company offers excellent transport services, ensuring convenience for employees. 3 Advanced Tech Stack: Employees have access to modern technologies, which foster continuous learning and skill enhancement. 4. Good Coworkers : The work environment promotes collaboration and a sense of community among team members.

Cons

1. Declining Hiring Standards: Recent hires for management roles seem to be based more on personal connections than merit, leading to the appointment of incompetent managers. 2. High Expectations from Ground-Level Employees: The burden of expectations largely falls on the ground force often without sufficient support. 3. Performance Management via Bell Curve: The company adheres to the bell curve model, leading to employees being unfairly labeled as low performers, often based on arbitrary criteria unrelated to actual performance. 4. Unhelpful HRBP: The HRBP team is not supportive when employees seek help, which creates additional challenges. 5. Focus on Delivery Over Quality: There is an increasing emphasis on meeting deadlines, often at the expense of delivering high-quality work. 6. Biased Recognition: Recognition and rewards seem to favor a select few, leading to dissatisfaction among others.

Pros

Most of the reviews here are fabricated, people are asked to write down reviews, or else there would be consequences. People are forced to give 5 star, even one star less is not accepted. I am giving 5 star so that it gets noticed among all good reviews

Cons

Every company has cons, this is no special. It’s good for stability but certainly teams are very toxic
