One can get ample growth opportunities in the organization with visibility and access to senior leadership easily (including CEO at times). 3. Investing heavily in Cloud, AI / ML so one can get opportunities to work on such technologies. 4. Offers sponsorship for higher education and certification relevant to the field of work. 5. Perfectly working hybrid model (2 days working from office) 6. Growth mindset throughout the hierarchy of the organization. 7. Great work culture and very NICE people to work with
