Pros

quite easy, have a lot of flexibility, is not too stressful, the work load is not too much, you are not expected to have insane sales

Cons

managers don't listen to employees at all, don't really care about the well being of employess, it seems as if the company is loosing a lot, loosing government funding, which is not good
