      Great culture turned toxic with management changes & Pathetic HR

      Pros

      There were loads of Pros when I started . Good Culture, Environment , Supportive Managers , HR eveything was in place . Rather it was recommended and I personally dreamt to work with this Organisation

      Cons

      Gradually it became very Toxic and then everything was done in a Shy manner . HR became pathetic , Loads of Management changes which led to dissatisfied employees .
