      Good work-life balance overshadowed by poor leadership

      Pros

      Good work life balance most of the time. Well being was a focus for a while until recently. Good to work for a company with a focus on sports and being active.

      Cons

      Most recent leadership was terrible. There was no more estimation of work like you'd do with an agile development team. Leaders would give you a task and tell you when they wanted it done, no room for any questions or excuses.

      Free gyms, sports fields and sports classes. PSP bonus. Nice personal growth and career opportunities.

      Cons

      Can be hectic sometimes, the company moves fast so you’ve got to keep up.

      Pros

      The work environment is good and the campus is great. As a tech person you do get to work on some cool stuff but not cutting edge.

      Cons

      The technical management is really poor and they do some really stupid things. The pay is low and the quality of the the developers is below average.
