      Talented, supportive, and collaborative colleagues.

      Cons

      Micromanagement is a major issue across management and leadership. Career growth is limited, and some managers appear more focused on protecting their own positions than developing employees. Certain managers also lack the technical skills needed to lead effectively. As more employees leave, the notice period has reportedly been increased to 60 days instead of addressing the root causes of turnover. I have also noticed unusually positive reviews that do not reflect my experience of the workplace.
