Modern, nice environment, great brand, global activity, works well if it suits one's mentality.

Cons

Extremely poor managerial techniques applied, no KPIs, no research used, no communication among levels & regions, no interactivity in decision making, inability to think and act local, does not take into account local knowledge, no real post activity reviews & analysis. In a nutsell very amateur way of doing business quite away from classic FMCG standards.
