      Pros

      Nike really celebrates diversity and embraces self expression. Nike sponsors athletes who have piercingly, tattoos, etc. So employees in the retail environment have the same freedom. Overall, great company who started from a man with passion for running. Bill Bowerman's runners needed a shoe built for their specific track needs without adding weight to their run. So, the first Nike Waffle was born!

      Cons

      I know this ranges from store to store but fairness between management team needs to be addressed. Policy needs to be enforced evenly, not selectively, and should be lead by example. Celebrate the wins. Don't just focus on areas of opportunity. Feedback should always entail positives AND opportunities.
