Cons

Not currently hiring. All promotions from within. Closed minded management. Slow to change/adapt at a technical level. Outdated or under-performing hardware, proprietary software.

Lives up to its mission of serving the customer. Large attractive campus, friendly atmosphere, financially successful, stable and secure.

Cons

Hidebound. Obedience is rewarded, innovation is stifled. At most levels, managers are timid, and the entire culture is one of following a myriad of mostly pointless rules.
