Big plus that NMC offers room for advancement. The majority of people working here are dedicated, innovative and overall friendly. NMC cares about their employees and the future of the company as well.

Cons

Sometimes the accountability of others is non existent. Communication between departments is sometimes lacking.

Experienced employees willing to help new ones. Good Facilities and Tooling. Provided reimbursement for schooling. Trained new employees to do job correctly.

Cons

Inconsistent upper management. Hard to understand where the company is going, leaving the employee unsure of the future.
