Pros

The employees are some of the best. They work well together and have a sense of pride in their work.

Cons

Management structure is disorganized. The company seems to appreciate managers that micro-manage everything. Mid level employees have no autonomy to make decisions or suggestions. They are slow to make change when it is absolutely necessary.
