Workload can be overwhelming, expectations are high and at times seem unrealistic, constant changes put into place from management, lacking consistency

- positions are very flexible with hours worked

Cons

- lab is very short staffed, and the majority of new people that are hired make mistakes that others have to repeat and correct their work - only marginal training is provided, yet when make mistakes get harsh criticism - compensation is way below what others in the industry make - only people who are super vocal, regardless if right or wrong, get recognition and promotion
