The work itself is interesting

What they pay you for the amount of work you’re expected to do is a joke. There’s no room for growth, they will give outsiders promotions before they give promotions to people who have actually earned them. The drama and politics of the company is like high school.

This was my first job out of college. I got a lot of lab experience which was great. Free food and lab week was fun.

Cons

Required overtime because they are constantly short staffed. Lack of communication amongst management. Unrealistic expectations from the higher ups.
