Pros

This was my first job out of college. I got a lot of lab experience which was great. Free food and lab week was fun.

Cons

Required overtime because they are constantly short staffed. Lack of communication amongst management. Unrealistic expectations from the higher ups.

Very nice people and a collaborative environment. A lot of people there have been there for many years so people do look out for each other.

Cons

Forensic toxicology just wasn't my thing.
