Excellent CEO - Cares about employees, treats them like they are people and not a body for the business. Is a true leader, listens and recognizes accomplishments.

Cons

Like all businesses, some favoritism among supervisors. That can be detrimental to working environment - not always the best workers are given this privilege, but ones that can manipulate. Unfortunately.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, bad pay, overworked and under trained. No opportunities for growth. This company is like a factory, you do the same tasks everyday for 8-10 hours a day.
