Treated with the utmost respect no matter which field you work in. Everyone is very dedicated to what they do for a living and care very much for the success of the company and their career.

Cons

I don't have any recommendations for a better workplace. They've got it down pat.

A few nice people to work with.

Cons

If you like a poorly organized human resource group, you should get a job at this company. Missed pay, disorganized benefits, no centralized system for managing anything. One place for tax statements, one place for pay stubs, and I still have no idea where to see my benefits selections or update them. It a mess. The expectations of job, job descriptions, and expectations of pay are also a mess. I don't think accounting is any better organized constantly changing things as they go.
