Vacation accrual is crap and you can never take time off if you work in accounting

the scheduled two weeks on two weeks off very good pace you can always manage your time on or off work

Cons

turn over can be high as well as dedicated people who work in the same camp always meeting new people training others every few months

This company is a disorganized mess They do not respect and will waste your time by asking you to do many hours of unpaid training and then simply not call you to send you,out on jobs Low pay Treated very badly and condescendingly by management Dead end job
