Pros

Services provided on the contracts are done well. New president, hopefully things will turn around.

Cons

Non-shareholder employees treated poorly and there are no growth opportunities in company. Poor leadership. Dysfunction is not dealt with, particularly if it is a shareholder. No work/life balance. POOR/substandard benefits, leave, and pay. No consistent 401(k) match.

Pros

I am happy to work with such AMAZING OWNERS who truly care. NMS is made up of a great team of people with various backgrounds. They appreciate new ideas and respect all the Associates. NMS is leader within the industry and the culture here is very good! I enjoy coming to work and look forward to many more years with NMS!
