Pros
If you have no machining experience, they are good at teaching you skills on CNC machines. Most of the folks you work with are very nice. It is a great place to get started in the manufacturing business.
Cons
Terrible pay for the level of skill and amount of work you will be doing. They really need to increase pay across the floor. They require loyalty but give none in return.
