      Pros

      The floor employees I worked with were top notch. Fun to be around and knowledgeable in their field.

      Cons

      This company has no regard for employee well-being. Management doesn’t involve floor employees in decisions or listen to concerns. Their pay, while advertised as market rate, is dependent on getting 10 hours of overtime per week, meaning that base pay is significantly under market rate. Working under 50 hours per week is rare. PTO is also administered in a way that makes it difficult and non-advantageous to use.
