Solid work environment. A lot of opportunities for moving up inside the company.

Cons

Company only does up to 5% raise no matter the situation. Any larger requires a job title change. I don't trust HR. I've had, and witnessed others have, HR not taking the employees' best interest. Many employees have left because of this.
