      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, many talented people who are passionate about what they do. Lots of growth and change over recent years which has created a new company with a new strategy and focus compared to five years ago. More balanced business overall.

      Cons

      Very poor leadership team. Too many chiefs, not enough indians. No opportunity for growth or advancement. No focus, no processes, no planning. No one knows the company but leadership is too proud to realize that. Benefits are average but 401k match could be more.

      There are so many wonderful people that work here. There is great compensation especially considering the area. The company is in a growth phase and is expanding globally.

      The company has a lack of structure in management. There are not very many opportunities for growth within the company.
