- A great team and team leadership - Working Agile in smaller teams with a Scrum master (following a Scrum/Kanban methodology); observed ceremonies included standups, sprints, retrospectives, PI plannings - Good benefits offer

Cons

- As a large company, I'd say some workflows were a bit disorganized including the onboarding to the company and team - Lack of working time flexibility
