Smart people, products used by millions of people. Very nice office and environment. Located in Budapest, a great city.

Cons

Processes are sometimes very immature, sometimes you need to sort out the chaos to survive. The navigation market is changing very fast putting some risk in the long-term business.

Friendly colleagues, family atmosphere, stable and growing company

Cons

- Not very competitive salary - Weak leadership (eg. no CEO since June 2015, Head of Operation has been appointed as Acting (Interim) CEO) - Quality of people is dropping unfortunately as weak leaders tend to hire people with lower level which is harmful for the quality but useful for a company like NNG which has grown tremendously within the last few years (tripled number of people in 2 years) - The company is on the road of employee monitoring, introduced already check-in/check-out system lately as 1 of October 2015
