Pros

some of the startup spirit is still here, most positions are not strictly defined, there are a lot a space and flexibility to find challenges and provide a solution for them, as in a startup lot of space to develop yourself, lot of space to prove your skills and do a great job nice office building, great people in most teams

Cons

company culture is getting too "multinational", overregulated some time some top management members does not motivate its teams, team spirit and team quality is different per business unit many senior managers focus on company politics instead of focusing on solutions and delivering results

Really friendly people, good environment, big space, 1 floor consist of 20-30 people which help communities to form A lot of very skilled programmers

Cons

Start to get too big Technical debt is raging without any intention from management to fix it which results in the fact the most people do maintenance all the time. Typical that people have very little time to do actual coding No automated unit or integration tests
