Worst management ever! Really young and unskilled managers, with little care about their teams. Really low salary.

Inexistent employe well being culture Lack of any career path Salaries all over the board, people with the same job/experience/quality of work have sometimes completly different salaries Nobody knows what is the min/max salary for any given position in the company All about profit
