Pros
Lisbon office in the last two floors of a beautiful skyscraper with free parking and commodities nearby. Large project with well-known portuguese and international companies. Flexible working time.
Cons
Noesis as most of the typical portuguese outsourcing companies only cares about the contract revenue of the outsourced consultants. When it comes to projects, very little is done to maximize the profitability. Without a clear strategy besides increasing the revenue in x percent, the employees are not committed to the company. Noesis is structured in hard silos, each competing with each other not in a good way. Top management are not assigned in a meritocracy process.
