Worklife balance Depending who your work with but people are friendly generally speaking Organised company Time to learn Net Salary not that bad

Cons

Short teams always means that work dynamic can change fast High managers are changing remote/office balance to less days at home Overexposed if someones leaves If a project ends you are always depending of other projects that can be atrractive or not
