Pros

I have worked with NORY for almost three years, and I have loved my time as a member of the NORY team. The teachers are driven, caring, and passionate about their work. The curriculum truly inspires young students, and overall it is a well-organized company that maintains a positive work environment. I began as an intern but was able to grow within the company over the years and gain valuable teaching experience. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with NORY and I plan on continuing and strengthening my relationship with the team in the years to come.

Cons

It would be amazing if NORY could expand its presence within New York City and beyond to reach an even wider range of students.

Pros

By working at NORY you will learn or improve upon key classroom management, communication, and facilitation skills as well as organizational and leadership skills. NORY provides great trainings. NORY employees and administrators/CEO/CMO are passionate about providing the best services to youth and are very open to suggestions and feedback to make improvements. Management is always available to speak with employees and help solve any problems that arise. There are also great opportunities for growth within the company. This company is always trying to improve and create new and innovative STEM lessons. They value the opinions and suggestions of their employees.
