Pros
Yearly bonus is way above industry standard, expanding company and flexible working environment. The company is trying to consolidate the many small acquisitions it made through the past few years.
Cons
Lack of direction, and lack of clear career path for employees. Also the company goes through a major reorganization every six to nine months. On the technology side the company does not offer a complete solution, it offers many small parts of the solution but lacks the momentum of a complete range of offering.
