      Pros

      Work life balance is good if you have a good boss. Opportunity for moving up is available if you are in the right place at the right time or are willing to relocate. Opportunity for developing skills with outside trainings. Benefits are average.

      Cons

      Pay is considerably lower than industry standard pretty much across the board. Business can be volatile depending on the market.

      Health insurance, 401k, dental, vision, 5 weeks vacation,

      Low pay, no retention bonus, don't always get a raise every year, can take 5 plus years before get a raise. Don't pay what the employee is worth but expect or take away incentives but add more to your job title without raises or compensation

      Pros

      Opportunity to cover a lot of ground due to insufficent staffing. Some very tallented coworkers at the plant level. Can make your mark if you are prepared to sacrifice work life balance and some ethics.

      Cons

      Where to begin... no training or onboarding. Poor salaries and incentives you`ll never see. No retirement match. Layoffs and restructures impacting everyone. No loyalty to employees from senior management. Brain drain of layoffs, early retirements, and resignations have seriously eroded the organization leading to costly mistakes and loss of corporate knowledge. There are so many good opportunities out there, why settle for this sort of environment?
