      Pros

      The company is full of expert engineers. They have very deep engineering knowledge in their domain. The company had really bad times for a couple of years until 2022. Everyone says a lot has changed after the new SPS president is assigned. It is a very welcoming environment. Very low bureaucracy and a practical and pragmatic environment they have. Perfect place to learn a lot and for personal development. Very diverse environment. Canteen is really good.

      Cons

      Salaries are slightly lower compared to similar-scale companies. Some technical areas have lower corporate cultures. Many things can be solved with a call instead of an intranet page.

      Local leadership, and the remnants of the family owned regime after the NOV acquisition were poorly equipped to run this facility. Any new ideas or initiatives were stomped out with prejudice.
