Team was mostly computer scientists and computer engineers The manager was smart and technically capable Office are was nice, lots of parking Occasional team dinners and BBQ's were much appreciated
Cons
Worked at satellite location, not head office - easy to get ignored. Mostly SW maintenance work, fun tasks only given to 2 senior people. Site was industrial - safety meetings and occasional smell of diesel Company makes hardware, software is not a central focus Oil prices have tanked, so work environment may have degraded since
