      Global structure, Culturall knowledge, good opportunities for travelling, friendly atmosphere between collueuges.

      Cons

      Old technology, conservative management, tolerance is low. Slow action on customer demands. Customer value for money is low and will bite back.

      Excellent people and environment, a variety of experience to learn from with a wide range of possibilities from all levels and aspects of engineering design, manufacturing, etc. to administrative activities that span all areas of management. This also includes office/field work balance, local/international work and travel.

      Cons

      Low salaries, at times can be boring, some annoying employees here and there every now and then, low opportunities of growth and progress and with no clearly defined career path.
