      Good company to work in. Great perks.

      Little or no connection between top mgt and those at base level. no attention, no pay raise. Not much support from top mgt. Mfg plant closed!

      Center of excellence is in Norway so you get to work with several interesting technical systems.

      Cons

      They do not have emplyees retention in their strategy so no promotion, no development, no training. It is just do the job, get paid and you cannot expect anything else.
