Very knowledgeable people to work with, great mentors, very friendly atmosphere. Great products, intersting engineering problems to work on.

Cons

Low compensation compared to other software companies. With the oil price beeing low for consecutive years it's affecting the employees very hard.

Cons

It is great company, was able to sustain big economic downfalls but is in trouble as oil prices were down, but still its a great company and hope it will comeback as the oil market comes up.
