      Pros

      -opportunity to meet business owners and get my foot into the business world -high level of respect and responsibility -surrounded by hard working people -large support system in department to reach out to for help -ability to schedule around things if you are a hard worker -good pay -nice office with great benefits

      Good for 1-2 years. Burn out is inevitable.

      - Fully Remote (no office depending on location) - Build a professional network - Learn new skills and sales strategy

      Cons

      - Absolutely no work life balance. - Micromanagement to level 10 - Burn out is faster than you can imagine - Pay does not equate to output - Poor commission structure - Unrealistic quota expectations - CEO is doing his best but is often held back by the Founder.

      Pros

      Good role get your base network built, but not a long term stay.

      Cons

      Get ready to endure endless calls, bad pay and very unhealthy work environment. They will preach "you make money once you build your book" but at the end of the day it is still a bad comp model for how hard they work you. Much better opportunities out there.
