      No communication Don't know how to run a company Hire incompetent partners AE's don't help out want you to work 12 hour days - EVERYDAY

Sometimes, this results in poor communication and longer workdays. We are implementing many changes to accommodate our growth, such as a new project management and communication software that we developed in-house and streamlined HR processes. This way, we can continue to offer our employees the flexibility and freedom to help our clients without those growing pains.

      Now CFO Is An Exciting Company To Work For

      Pros

      Now CFO offers a lot of autonomy, which I prefer. They set my goals and it is up to me to achieve them. It's very motivating because there is also a lot of room to move up in the company if I work hard and meet my goals. I have a lot of support company wide. Everyone works together as a team to support each other. This company is very organized and has a good synergy that I really like. The compensation is good too.

      Cons

      I work billable hours so it can be difficult to get your billable hours in and still get emails, networking, meetings, and administrative stuff done in a work day. It's very fun and challenging overall though. Managing efficiency is very important.

      Pros

      I like that I don't have someone questioning my every action. I have weekly performance reports, but other than that I am left alone to do what I do best. There is a definite rollercoaster effect here, but I feel like the good times outweigh the bad for sure. I have been here for 1.5 years and have been promoted 4 times, so there is room for advancement in all aspects of this company, because we are growing so rapidly.

      Cons

      Sometime I wish my direct management was more accessible, and didn't put things off for so long. I would like to see the lines of communication more open, that'd be awesome.
