      Fun, hard work with some crazy corporate people

      Pros

      Lots of networking Some really good folks work there Lots of training Give you the tools to do well Will cover networking expenses

      Cons

      Must dedicate more than 40 hours a week Some corporate people lash out and will publicly chew you out if you aren’t meeting numbers Unrealistic expectations Only give you $250/month for travel (not enough to cover you car and gas) TONS of driving or traveling

      Mixed messages from all levels of the company, not clear direction - too focused on the money and not enough about a clear message.

      At NOW CFO, we pride ourselves on our ability to stay agile in a fast-paced business environment. Unfortunately, sometimes this means we have to act before everyone has a chance to catch up with the new methods. We are working to combat this with predictive training and forums for our leadership.       There are many good people who work in the corporate office and many good consultants.

      Cons

      Micromanagement High Turn Over No Loyalty to the employee Poor Management While I was there 9 people quit, 6 of those people without notice. In addition 3 people had their positions eliminated. Loosely defined culture Workaholism is extolled
