Pros

The flexibility of the job is fantastic. I was self employed several years ago and this is the best of both worlds. Different tasks, industries, etc. with flexibility without the risk of losing clients.

Cons

Mandatory 2 weeks PTO, no flexibility. Also, the wait time before benefits kick in, regardless of level/position hired.
