      Pros

      Good role get your base network built, but not a long term stay.

      Cons

      Get ready to endure endless calls, bad pay and very unhealthy work environment. They will preach "you make money once you build your book" but at the end of the day it is still a bad comp model for how hard they work you. Much better opportunities out there.

      Its a good start to get into B2B Sales

      Cons

      CEO is weird, touchy feely and overly nice when you first meet. Then he is a raging lunatic. If you like verbal abuse and being written up for no reason at all. This is the place for you. I am still scared from the word NAM. They use it to track your progress in the field, but you won't hit it. anyone who says they do is a LIAR

We constantly work with our Business Development team who receives coaching and ongoing training. We do hold our Business Development team to high standards, and a large part of these expectations entails hitting NAM goals. NAM is attainable with hard work and we are proud to say that our BDR's success rate with NAM is at a high of 87% across our 35 markets.
