Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed a good work/life balance with our company. We strive to provide a positive experience for all of our employees. Though turnover is always difficult, particularly with management, know that we are making significant changes within our organization to benefit employees and reduce company turnover. In fact, increasing our employee retention is our main initiative for the new year, and we have seen positive results so far. Additionally, we provide management (including directors) a number of resources and internal support so that they feel supported in their role. Our mission is to continue on our path of growth and improvement, all while providing lift to our employees.
