      Upper Management is Hard to Deal With

      When I worked here, I really looked hard for something positive to make me stay. But sadly, there was nothing.

      Cons

      The upper management is not easy to deal with. They are extremely arrogant and evil individuals who want everything done in their way. If you do something your way, they will just avoid you and do whatever they want. It was ridiculous. It was stressful even to present the top management with new ideas. BEWARE!

      I Love My Job

      Pros

      I feel very supported and valued. The benefits are great including competitive salary, excellent health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, paid vacations, 401K matching, etc. The flexible schedule is also a plus. I would say the best thing about working at NOW CFO is the company culture. From the CEO and entire corporate office to the field, It is very collaborative. NOW CFO offers career advancement because it lifts the employees into leadership positions and provides great training too. This has been the best company I have ever worked for. I love my job.

      Cons

      It is challenging at times to grow skillsets, but this is overcome with the company training that is readily available and by working with the collaborative team, which provides cross training and support as needed.

      Wouldn’t recommend, toxic culture

      - flexibility to make your own schedule -expense account

      Cons

      - toxic culture, everyone in the company gossips about each other. Very political, plays favorites - commission structure is the worst I’ve seen in the industry - your metrics are something called NAM that are very hard to obtain. They expect you to go to an insane amount of meetings and networking events each week which was ok at first but got exhausting after awhile. I was working until 7pm most evenings to hit those metrics - corporate sales meetings are pointless and unmotivating. Rather than positive reinforcement it’s negative reinforcement. - you can work your hardest and achieve your goals and it still won’t be good enough for them -very emotional, ego driven leaders - they don’t get to know you as a person, they treat bdrs and consultants as just a number and only care about making money - after I left many many people reached out telling me they had a similar experience to what I did unfortunately. No wonder turn over is so high
