      No communication Don't know how to run a company Hire incompetent partners AE's don't help out want you to work 12 hour days - EVERYDAY

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are proud to be a growing company at NOW CFO. Unfortunately, this can often mean that our processes and workflows need time to grow with us. Sometimes, this results in poor communication and longer workdays. We are implementing many changes to accommodate our growth, such as a new project management and communication software that we developed in-house and streamlined HR processes. This way, we can continue to offer our employees the flexibility and freedom to help our clients without those growing pains.

      Great place for seasoned Controllers

      Pros

      NOW CFO is a great place for mature seasoned professionals who are good at solving problems, improving systems, helping companies and giving advice based on their experience. Consultants usually work on their own at clients so they are required to be independent, self-directed, mature, professional and problem solvers.

      Cons

      The nature of the business is that pretty often Consultants have to clean up company messes. If a client was a well-oiled machine, they wouldn't need you.

      There are many good people who work in the corporate office and many good consultants.

      Cons

      Micromanagement High Turn Over No Loyalty to the employee Poor Management While I was there 9 people quit, 6 of those people without notice. In addition 3 people had their positions eliminated. Loosely defined culture Workaholism is extolled
